Daron Brown

Lead Pastor

Daron was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. He came to know Jesus at age 12 and answered God’s call to ministry at age 18. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has been the pastor of WCN since 2001. Daron and his wife Katie have three children: Kendall (2006), Parker (2008), and Macy (2010). His hobbies include playing baseball with his kids, reading, watching The Andy Griffith Show reruns, and SEC football.
 
 

Mary Forester

Executive Pastor

Mary is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. As Executive Pastor, she provides organizational oversight to the church with emphasis on NextGen ministries. Mary grew up in Humphreys County and accepted Christ at an early age and then drifted away from Jesus through her teen years. After several years of being separated from the Lord, her family found a church home at WCN. Mary taught Pre-K in the public schools for 10 years where she was connected to WCN through the school and church partnership. Shortly after she began attending WCN, God called her to full-time ministry. Mary joined the staff in 2016. She holds two Masters’ Degrees: Education and Pastoral Ministry. She is married to Nick Forester and is the mom to Kelsey (1998) and Hunter (2000) Elliott, Parker (2004), Ainsley (2010), and Caden (2015).
 
 
 

Janice Rudolph

Pastor of Local Missions & Pastoral Care

Janice grew up in Old Hickory, TN, until age 12 when the family moved to New Johnsonville. She grew up in church but didn’t come to truly know Jesus until 1998. After sensing a call on her life she began an intense time of learning and serving through volunteering in many areas of ministry. She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She has three daughters, seven grand-children, and 5 great grand-children. Janice enjoys spending time with family and friends and being in the moment. Janice loves pastoral care.
 
 

Kelsey Elliott

Children’s Ministries

Kelsey grew up in Waverly, Tennessee her whole life. She had gone to church as a child and stopped attending for a few years before coming to WCN as a teenager. This place became home. She first felt her call to ministry in the sanctuary during Youth Group on a Wednesday night, and from there she has pursued God’s call upon her life wherever God has led her. Kelsey graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with an Intercultural Studies major and an Elementary Education minor. She has a big family. Her mom and stepdad are Mary and Nicky Forester. Her dad and stepmom are Michael and Ashley Elliott. Kelsey has eight younger siblings. She loves to read, spend time with friends and family, and travel the world to see God’s reflection shine through all people and places.

 

Julie Einerson
Church Administrator

 
Julie grew up in Waverly and attended church all her life. She accepted Christ at 10 years old; however, in her early 30s she began to study the Bible more and seek a closer walk with Him. She received a BS degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 1997 and married her husband Robby shortly after graduating. They have 2 children, Madeline (2000) and Knox (2005). Julie worked in the mental health field and was a stay-at-home mom for 10 years prior to becoming a church administrator in 2011. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, cooking, walking, hiking, reading, and meeting new people. The Lord drew Julie and her family to become part of WCN in 2021, and she joined the staff as church administrator in June 2022. Julie considers it a true blessing and a great joy to serve the Lord in this capacity
